I was born in Marousi, Attiki, Greece, in December 1983 and raised in nearby Aspropyrgos—a heavily industrial city close to Athens. From an early age, I was immersed in the business world, watching my father build a thriving industrial refrigeration and air conditioning company in the HVACR sector.

Life took an unexpected turn when, at 22 and still a student in Financial Management Engineering at the University of the Aegean, I inherited my father’s company, Attica Frigo, after his sudden passing. Balancing university studies with the complexities of running a specialized company with a skilled technical team was challenging, yet it became a defining experience. By day, I was an HVACR engineer; by night, I dove into my passions—strategic management, psychology, and philosophy.

I later earned an MSc in Human Resources Management from the Athens University of Economics and Business, furthering my knowledge in the disciplines I hold close. With time, experience, and a relentless drive to grow, I transformed Attica Frigo, leading over 4,300 projects in HVACR. This hands-on work sharpened my practical skills and reinforced my theoretical foundation, allowing me to lead with insight and precision.

My thirst for knowledge has seen me read hundreds of books across my favorite fields. Driven to apply and expand on what I learned, I developed my own strategic models: the Strategy Wheel, MOTORR-4CAAF Framework, and Strategic Positioning Cube—each tailored to tackle real-world challenges with creativity and foresight.

In 2024, Attica Frigo evolved into Vrouvas Group, marking a new strategic direction by incorporating additional ventures, including Machine Hunters, a digital marketplace for industrial equipment, and my work in strategic management consulting. My mission is to bring enhanced strategic value to clients through a unique blend of innovative models, practical business experience, and academic insight.
